Andres Araya resort manager, announced Managing Director Luis Fernandes.
Araya comes to Las Ventanas with 17 years of hospitality management and food and beverage experience at noted luxury hotels and resorts around the world. Most recently, he was executive assistant manager /director of food & beverage at the Ajman Kempinski Hotel & Resort, United Arab Emirates. Previously, he served as director of food & beverage at the: Conrad Cairo Hotel & Casino, Cairo, Egypt; St. Regis Aspen, Aspen, Colorado; Sheraton María Isabel, México City, D.F., and The Palace of the Lost City, Sun City, South Africa. Araya assumes responsibility for overseeing the resort's day-to-day operations, reporting directly to Mr. Fernandes.
