Channel Marketing Leader VIP Leverages Voxify Automated Voice Booking Technology To Expand Client Services, Will Pass Savings to Clients

CALGARY, Alberta, Canada – October 14, 2003 – VIP International, a channel marketing provider committed to driving more revenue for hotels, car rental agencies and airlines, announced it has selected Voxify, a leader in automated customer service and speech recognition technology, to streamline its reservations services and lower booking costs for clients. Voxify Reservations voice systems are widely used for reservations booking, rate quotes, cancellations, and confirmations. By leveraging Voxify Reservations technology, VIP will pass on increased operating efficiency and service capacity to its clients. VIP International will begin offering the new Voxify reservations services and savings within the next 60 days.

"VIP's goal is to maximize revenues for its clients with the best technology possible,” said Kelly Blake, president of VIP International. “Voxify's unique voice automation capability makes self-service reservations by phone a compelling option for increasing call volume and lowering costs.  Voxify leads the field in successfully automating customer interactions with proven results that reduce reservation costs at a significant scale."

Voxify Reservations provides a superior caller experience, critical for successful customer service in the hospitality industry, by handling a wide range of customer speaking styles, requests and behavior.  Voxify technology is most often used to automate routine calls, allowing voice centers to utilize live agents for more complex requests.  VIP clients may choose the level of automated self-service voice assistance they wish to use; the options extend from fully automated services for all tasks, to self-service for specific call types only, or no use of self-service.  When voice automation services are used, VIP International will pass along significantly reduced operating costs with the scalable service capacity to its clients.

"Our clients place a premium on quality of service," said Eddie Drganc, VP of Client Services for VIP. "Voxify's outstanding caller satisfaction rates make them a great complement to our service focus. We are seeing growing demand in our marketplace for Voxify’s automated voice capability because of the efficiencies their technology delivers."

Adeeb Shanaa, CEO of Voxify, noted; "VIP continues its strategic leadership by adding the best speech-automated capability to its comprehensive set of reservations tools and services.  We are delighted to help the leading channel marketing provider further extend its competitive advantage."

VIP will offer Voxify Reservations cost savings and capabilities to its entire client base, which includes Interstate Hotels, Bradford Homesuites, Clubhouse Inn and Suites, E-Z Rent A Car, Cross Country Inn, Regal Hotels, Candlewood Suites and others.  Voxify Reservations handles thousands of calls each day, and can be scaled up or down, as the call center's call volumes vary with seasonality or business demands.
