Mr. Pichai has nine years of hotel sales and marketing experience, in Thailand and Vietnam. Prior to joining Nai Lert Park Bangkok, Mr. Pichai was with Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok as its Director of Sales after leading the sales teams of two hotels under the Melia group, namely Melia Hua Hin and Melia Hanoi. Prior to Melia, he was Assistant Director of Sales at the Peninsula Bangkok. Mr. Pichai graduated from the Assumption Business Administration College in Bangkok with a degree in Marketing.

Raffles International Limited signed the management contract to operate Nai Lert Park Bangkok in June 2003. With the addition of Nai Lert Park, Bangkok, the portfolio of Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts now expands to 26 hotels worldwide. Since April 2003, Raffles International has clinched four management contracts to operate Swissôtel Nankai Osaka in Japan, Nai Lert Park Bangkok and Raffles Resort Phuket in Thailand and Raffles Resort at Canouan Island, The Grenadines.
