Marshall Levy Appointed Executive Chef at
Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six

FORT LAUDERDALE, October 28, 2003 - The Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six Resort & Spa is proud to announce the appointment of Marshall Levy as the Executive Chef.  A 20-year veteran in the culinary industry, Levy's career is an impressive list of top Resorts, Hotels and Clubs. 

Chef Levy was educated in the culinary arts at the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York.  Levy has acquired an impressive reputation as a culinary master with such prestigious names as the Trump Taj Mahal, Atlantic City, the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Florida, and Turnberry Isle Resort and Club in Aventura Florida. 

When the position of Executive Chef at Fort Lauderdale's landmark Resort became available, Levy could not resist the opportunity to spearhead this Fort Lauderdale luxury resort's culinary operations. In his new position, Levy is responsible for overseeing the operations and menu development of the World Famous Pier Top Lounge, Mariner's Cafe, Pelican Bar & Grill on the Intracostal, Poolside Bar & Grille and the Lobby and Coffee Bar, as well as the 24-hour room service and banquet facilities.
