Jim Hill and Steve Winter Promoted to New Executive
Positions with Outrigger�s Condominium Collection 
HONOLULU, OAHU, HAWAII � November 11, 2003 - T.J. Oesterling, Vice President of Outrigger�s Condominium Collection, announced two recent executive promotions.

Jim Hill will serve in two capacities:  Regional Director, Condominium Operations, Maui and Resort Manager, Outrigger Royal Kahana.  Hill will be responsible for the daily operation of the Outrigger Royal Kahana and its facilities as well as overseeing operations for Outrigger�s three other condominium resorts on Maui � the Outrigger Napili Shores, Outrigger Maui Eldorado and the Outrigger Palms at Wailea. Hill, who has been with Outrigger for 17 years, previously served as general manager for the Outrigger Kiahuna Plantation located on the island of Kauai.

Steve Winter will also serve in two capacities:  Regional Director, Condominium Operations, Oahu and General Manager of the Outrigger Luana Waikiki, a property to be managed by Outrigger�s Condominium Collection in December 2003.  Winter will be responsible for the daily operation of the future Outrigger Luana Waikiki (currently Waikiki Terrace) and its facilities as well as fulfilling regional responsibilities for the other condominium on the island of Oahu � the Outrigger Waikiki Shore. He is currently overseeing operations of the Outrigger Waikiki Shore and working with the developer of the Outrigger Luana Waikiki on its pre-opening phase.  Winter, who has been with Outrigger for three years, is a 27-year veteran in Hawaii�s hospitality industry.
