| November 2003 -- Doral Plaza Associates announced
today that they have appointed Cindy Schulz as the new General Manager
of Doral Michigan Avenue. Ms. Schulz returns to Chicago with 15 years of
experience in the luxury hospitality and residential management industries.
Most recently Ms. Schulz served The Ritz Carlton LLC as Director of Residences
of their highly acclaimed New York City and Washington DC properties where
she pioneered a new division of luxury residential management for the Ritz
Carlton Company.
Ms. Schulz, along with her team, will be spearheading efforts to improve the product and service levels currently offered at the 20-year old Doral Michigan Avenue, located at the northeast corner of Michigan Avenue and Randolph Street. With vast experience in both new construction and existing properties, Ms. Schulz says that plans for the property, including major capital upgrades of the retail, office and residential portions, will certainly assist the Doral Michigan Avenue in reclaiming its position among other luxury multi-use developments in Chicago. The Doral, with spectacular views of Lake Michigan and Chicago's Millennium Park, offers furnished and unfurnished residential apartments, as well as 93,000 square feet of commercial and shared office space.
