 Raffles International Assumes Management
of Nai Lert Park Bangkok

BANGKOK, 1 January 2004 � Raffles International Hotels & Resorts officially assumes the management of Nai Lert Park Bangkok from today. This 338-room hotel offers services in the tradition of Swissôtel, a brand preferred by discerning travellers worldwide. 
 
Nai Lert Park Bangkok, set in the midst of a sprawling 8.5-acre garden estate, is centrally located in the heart of Bangkok's diplomatic, business, and shopping areas. The hotel is 20 minutes from Don Muang International Airport and a 10-minute walk from two Skytrain Stations along the Sukhumvit Line, namely the Ploenchit and Chitlom stations. It is also minutes from Bangkok's major business and shopping districts.

Lert Park Hotel Co., Ltd. In June last year, Raffles International signed a management agreement with Nai Lert Park Hotel Co., Ltd. to operate the hotel. 

Raffles International manages hotels and resorts under two brands, namely Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts. Nai Lert Park Bangkok is the latest addition to the Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts portfolio of 25 hotels worldwide. 

Raffles International currently has two hotels in Bangkok, namely Nai Lert Park Bangkok and Merchant Court Hotel at Le Concorde. Raffles International also signed an agreement with Andaman Peninsula Co. Ltd in August 2003 to manage a luxury resort on Phuket, Thailand. Called Raffles Resort Phuket, it is scheduled to open end 2006.
