Place Hotel today announced that Pasquale Presa has been appointed the
Executive Chef for the Sheraton at Woodbridge Place Hotel located at 515
Route One South , Iselin, NJ.
Prior to joining the Sheraton at Woodbridge Place Hotel, Chef Presa�s experience includes being Executive Chef for the 742 room Westin Los Angeles Airport, Los Angeles, California. He was opening Chef for the 402 room St. Regis Hotel Resort and Spa and Chef de cuisine for the Hyatt Regency Kauai Resort & Spa in Hawaii. Chef Presa is multilingual in Italian, Spanish and English. He was trained extensively on food and wines from around the world. Chef Presa graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and is an active member of the American Culinary Federation and CIA alumni. �Based on Chef Presa�s outstanding record in hotel management, his skills in developing new recipes and menu development, we are confident that he will be instrumental in ensuring the continued success of the Sheraton at Woodbridge Place Hotel. � said Robert Weeks, General Manager. |
