New York City (May 15, 2003) � While current
projections show tourism to New York City down in the aftermath of September
11th, developers have confidence in the industry�s full recovery as evidenced

Tishman Realty & Construction Co., Inc. erected the hotel, a 45-story,
667,000-square foot, $300 million hotel with 38 suites and 34,000 square
