Hotel to Roberts Mayfair Hotel, LLC; Remains in
Brand under 10-Year Management Agreement

Sale Marks Wyndham's First Minority Hotel Partnership;
Continues Company's Diversity Initiative
DALLAS (July 24, 2003) - Wyndham International, Inc. (AMEX:WBR) has sold the 182-room Mayfair - A Wyndham Historic Hotel located in St. Louis, to Roberts Mayfair Hotel, LLC. The Mayfair will remain in the Wyndham-branded portfolio through a 10-year management agreement with the new owners. The sale to Roberts Mayfair Hotel, LLC, a partnership led by St. Louis businessmen Michael V. Roberts and Steven C. Roberts, marks Wyndham's first minority owner partnership.

Nestled in downtown St. Louis, the Mayfair is just steps away from the America's Center and Edward Jones Dome. More than 5,000 square feet of function space includes five flexible meeting rooms and can accommodate groups of up to 150 people. Hotel features include a heated rooftop pool, fully equipped fitness center and the Mayfair Grill, serving a full-service menu for lunch and dinner.

The Mayfair Hotel first opened its doors in 1925, and over the past 78 years has attracted guests such as John Barrymore, Irving Berlin, Cary Grant and Presidents Harry S. Truman and Lyndon B. Johnson. During the first few years of its existence, the hotel also served as the home of KMOX radio. In 1961, the Mayfair unveiled the first "roof-top" swimming pool, and is also loosely credited for starting the chocolates at turndown trend.
