Loews Assumes Management of the
Former Renaissance Beverly Hills

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - July 8, 2003 -- Beverly Hills residents have a new neighbor -- Loews Beverly Hills Hotel has just moved in at 1224 S. Beverwil Drive.
 
Formerly a Renaissance Hotel, Loews Hotels assumed management of the location at midnight June 27. The new hotel is set to be the destination to combine business with pleasure. Loews Beverly Hills Hotel is owned by Strategic Capital, which also owns Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel.

Gary Rohanna is the general manager of the property. Rohanna began his career with Loews Hotels more than 10 years ago working in various capacities in several properties including the

A new food and beverage concept for what is currently the 154-seat Tiara restaurant and bar will be unveiled in coming months.
