June 20, 2003 � (Hong Kong): Lianne Holmes joins Le Meridien Cyberport as Financial Controller reporting directly to the General Manager.  Lianne initially worked with Le Meridien in 1996 in the position of Assistant Financial Controller at their Vanuatu property.  Since then Lianne has been Financial Controller for a number of Australian Hotels including Crowne Plaza Perth and Canberra, and most recently the Carlton Crest Hotel in Brisbane. Benjamin Lee has been appointed by Le Méridien Cyberport as Executive Housekeeper.  A Hong Kong native, Benjamin Lee has extensive experiences in housekeeping. He is one of the Certified Hospitality Housekeeping Executive in HK, certificated by The American Hotel and Motel Association. Also, he was the first person in hospitality industry holding Management Development Qualifications level 4 in 1996

His working experience is equally impressive.  He began his career in Century Hong Kong Hotel, the flagship hotel of the group and moved to two properties in Vietnam, Century Saigon and Century Riverside Inn Hue.  After that, Benjamin worked in the Imperial Century Hotel in Jakarta, Century Saphir in Bali and Century Run Hua Hotel in Jinan.  Prior to joining Le Méridien Cyberport, Benjamin was the Rooms Division Manager of Harbour Plaza North Point and Property Manager of Shama Group � Serviced Apartment. 

Le Meridien Cyberport is due to open in spring 2004 and apart from being technologically superior to other Hong Kong hotels, will feature 42 inch plasma screen television in every room, wireless broadband connectivity, cutting edge in-room entertainment system, contemporary walk-in rain showers and a list of innovative service initiatives.
