Oxford Lodging Advisory & Investment Group, LLC Acquires
the 329-room Pan Pacific San Francisco from
Tokyu Corporation

San Francisco, Ca - August 1, 2003 - Oxford Lodging Advisory & Investment Group, LLC has purchased the 329-room Pan Pacific San Francisco from Tokyu Corporation and its subsidiary, San Francisco 109, Inc., which will continue to be managed by Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts.
