Summers brings more than 25 years of professional experience in the fields of health and hospitality, serving a majority of her tenure with the Walt Disney World Company and affiliated organizations.   Most recently as the director of performance and vitality at Rippe Lifestyle Institute, she created a curriculum of optimal health topics, designed and presented group wellness seminars, served as the lifestyle spokesperson for The Golf Channel and WESH TV 2 and developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies.

Prior to joining Rippe Lifestyle Institute, Summers served in various senior level management positions within the Walt Disney World Company such as the Disney Institute, Walt Disney World Resort, Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and Walt Disney World Imagineering.

Ms. Summers received a BA from Rollins College and a MBA from the Crummer School of Business & Finance at Rollins College.
