Shigeki Sakita:
Shigeki Sakita, Managing Director of PHASE Inc.,
was born in Tokyo on June 22, 1951. He has studied Hotel Administration
and Marketing at both Paul Smith�s College in NY, U.S.A., and St. Paul�s
University in Tokyo, Japan. During his twenty-year career in the
hospitality industry, Mr. Sakita was directly involved in many key hotel
opening projects and held various management positions in several deluxe
and luxury properties, including Hotel Seiyo Ginza, Yokohama Grand Inter-continental
and Park Hyatt Tokyo. He has written several books on hotel management
and marketing, and is currently a member of the editorial committee for
�Hotel & Restaurant� magazine circulated throughout Japan.
