Pink Beach Club & Cottages in Tuckers Town,
Bermuda, Completes $18 million Renovation
BERMUDA (Jan. 31, 2003) -- Pink Beach Club & Cottages, located in Tuckers Town, Bermuda, will open its doors on March 12, 2003* after completing a $18 million renovations project.  The resort will unveil 16 brand new or fully refurbished oceanview and oceanfront cottages (comprised of 94 suites and junior suites) and the completion of its highly-anticipated Hidden Cove Condominium project.

Over the past four years, the resort has invested more than $18 million towards rebuilding, renovating and upgrading the cottages, Clubhouse and food and beverage facilities.  The dining room has a stylish new look, complete with new carpeting, drapes, furniture and windows.  Additionally, 94 accommodations within the 16 luxurious cottages are brand new and feature new fabrics and furnishings, Italian ceramic tile floors, soaking tubs, Italian marble bathroom vanities, oversized dressing areas and a tremendous outdoor patio or balcony space.  These enhancements complement other in-room features including individual air conditioning units, direct dial phones with Internet access, safes, hair dryers, lighted make-up mirrors, bathrobes, umbrellas, and irons/ironing boards.

The Hidden Cove Condominium project was also completed and has already received rave reviews from its buying public.  To date, the resort has sold half of the condominiums at approximately $2 million per unit.  The project broke ground in November 1998 and is the first beachfront condominium complex in Bermuda.

Nestled in 16½ acres of rolling hills and lush gardens, overlooking two magnificent pink coral sand beaches, and minutes away from Mid Ocean Golf Club and Tuckers Point Golf Course, Pink Beach Club & Cottages is a picture-perfect hideaway on Bermudas south shore.  The warmth and charm of Bermuda combined with this cottage colonys elegant architecture, decor and first-class service create an ideal setting for couples, honeymooners, golfers, business travelers and families seeking a home away from home.

In January 2003, January 2002 and November 2001, Pink Beach Club was recognized as a Gold Resort in Condé Nast Traveler magazine and was also included on Gourmet magazines Rooms At The Top list.  A member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World consortium, the Pink Beach Club is four miles from the airport and approximately seven miles from Hamilton, Bermudas capital.

* The resort closed for the winter season from Dec. 15, 2002 March 12, 2003.
