Conveniently located just one block away from the city�s convention center, the hotel is currently undergoing a $6 million renovation, which includes a complete revitalization of the hotel lobby, food and beverage outlets and function facilities as well as additional guestroom enhancements and technology upgrades.

Within the next three months, numerous upscale amenities aimed at enhancing guest comfort and convenience will be added throughout the hotel including the incorporation of Wyndham�s Room That PerformsSM guest room experience program which provides high-speed Internet access (free of charge to Wyndham ByRequest® members); a two-line cordless speaker phone; a high-performance, ergonomic Herman Miller® desk chair; and upgraded Serta® plush top mattresses with luxury bedding. 

Other renovation details include a complete re-creation of the hotel�s lobby including the development of a new registration area and concierge desk; introduction of a new street front open air lounge; a new Quick Service Food Outlet; a new restaurant; new furniture and flooring; and refurbished public restrooms.  Renovations to the property�s meetings facilities and foyers include new ceiling treatments and lighting; refurbished flooring and wall covering; new furniture; enhanced lighting and sound system; and the addition of a 2,800 sq. ft. lobby level junior ballroom.

The Wyndham Phoenix is a 19-story high-rise hotel conveniently located at 50 East Adams Street in downtown Phoenix and only a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Arizona Center, America West Arena, Bank One Ballpark, Herberger and Orpheum Theaters, Symphony Hall, Phoenix City Hall, and numerous banking and government offices.  The property features more than 57,000 sq. ft. of function space, two restaurants, a Comedy Club, outdoor pool, fitness center, full-service salon and sauna and gift shop.
