Names Leadership Honorees Ceremony Commemorates The School�s 75th

Hundreds of the best recognized names in the hospitality industry turned
out in New York today for a spectacular awards ceremony to recognize Michigan
State University (MSU) The School of Hospitality Business 2002 Celebration
of Leadership Honorees as part of The School�s 75th Anniversary Year Celebration,
The School Director and Professor Ronald Cichy announced today.
Awards were presented to Associations, Clubs, College/University, Contract/ Managed Services, Foodservice, Hotels/Resorts, Manufacturing, and Publications to recognize their support of The School by hiring student interns and graduates; providing financial support, and supporting The School�s students in classroom and student educational involvement. In discussing the ceremony Cichy said, �The organizations we are honoring have made exceptional contributions to The School, and we thank them for being significant. Their generous contributions translate into a priceless investment in the next generation of our industry�s leaders who will continue to build on the unmatched reputation and standards set by The School graduates over its proud 75 year history.
