In his new position, Ken Hales will be responsible for the Software Development and Network teams, and will be instrumental in enhancing current products and envisioning, developing and implementing next generation products.  In leading a team of developers and network experts, Ken will ensure that MSI employs the latest software tools and technologies available in the industry to produce best of breed products.

During his hospitality career, Ken has held the position of Vice President of Internal Information Systems at Hospitality Solutions International (HSI) a subsidiary of Micros/Fidelio, Director of CRS/PMS Systems Architecture at Hospitality Solutions International, Chief Technical Officer at Global Hospitality Solutions, Executive Vice President at INSI Corporation and Director of Programming at New Systems Inc.  Ken was also cofounder and majority owner of INSI Corporation, a lodging technology company.  Ken is known for embracing and implementing the latest technologies to provide innovative and superior products to the hospitality industry.

Multi-Systems, Inc.
