Brussels, November 2001.... Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with City Hotels, a Belgium-based hotel real estate company, to manage a new first-class, 46 room hotel in the center of Paris.  The property, located on the site of the former headquarters for well-known designer Louis Vuitton, is currently undergoing the final stages of construction and will open its doors to the public in February 2002. 

The Radisson SAS Hotel Champs Elysées, a haven of luxury and comfort, will offer historical prestige combined with a contemporary atmosphere.  Centrally located on the Avenue Marceau, just off the Champs Elysées, one of the most recognized streets in the world, the hotel is steps away from the famous Arc de Triomphe.  Designed with a typical �Hausmanian� façade - a Parisian style named after the famous architect Hausmann who modernized the French capital during the last century - the future Radisson SAS hotel will offer a modern yet classical interior with 46 guestrooms and suites. 

The hotel will have a bistro-style restaurant named �Champs�, which can welcome up to 40 people with seating outside on its courtyard garden, unique in the midst of this dynamic city.  In addition, guests will be able to relax in the trendy wine bar.  There will also be underground parking and a separate entrance to the restaurant from the street.

The hotel�s interior design is done by Ecart, in collaboration with Raymond Ichbiah Architects.  Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts also operates the Radisson SAS Hotel Charles de Gualle Airport in Paris.
