| Fort Worth, TX – August 15, 2001 – HotelTraining.com announced today
the completion of their second computer based training project for Marriott
Worldwide Reservations. This most recent project converted the Marriott
Worldwide Reservations New Hire Training program from a written manual
format approach to a more interactive computer based format approach.
The project, which was started last September and completed in January, was beta tested in three of the Marriott Worldwide Reservation Centers in the US in February of this year. After some minor content updates to the program it was recently rolled out to ten US reservation centers and three foreign reservation centers. Approximately 1500 reservation sales agents are expected to complete this new computer based training program this year. In addition to creating custom training programs such as the one recently completed for Marriott Worldwide Reservations, HotelTraining.com has also created proprietary training tutorials for WorldRes.com and SRS-WORLDHOTELS. TRUST International of Winterpark FL has recently signed on to use a customized version of HotelTraining.com’s STAR (Sales Training for Agents in Reservations) Workshop for the agents in their US call center.
