to the Day - Eliminates the Traditional Night Audit Function |
Minneapolis, MN - 14 Mar 2001 - Hospitality Technology Solutions, Inc. (HTS) announces the successful installation of its DA-5 Automated Hotel Audit & Executive Information System, and the DA-5 Enterprise Solution Portal (DA-5 ESP) at three properties; the Sheraton Gateway Hotel San Francisco International Airport, the Hilton Washington Dulles and the Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel Phoenix. All of the properties are owned and operated by Stanford Hotels Corporation,
a San Francisco based owner and operator of 17 full-service hotels.
There are three aspects of HTS DA-5 system that led us to go with this unique approach, said Jim Evans, Chief Financial Officer for Stanford Hotels Corporation. Certainly, we were very interested in its ability to automate the audit process and the efficiencies to be gained by eliminating as many manual processes as possible. Secondly, we were impressed with the DA-5 and its ability to deliver management real-time, operating reports and business intelligence at a level of detail and accuracy not currently available to us. Lastly, the DA-5 system will enable us to standardize revenue reporting across the enterprise and utilizing the DA-5 ESP consolidate daily operating information on a daily basis, regardless of the type of primary systems we have at our properties. Hospitality Technology Solutions, Inc. is a Minneapolis based company specializing in business-to-business software solutions for the lodging industry.
