Paul Sullivan Named Vice President of Sales

CALGARY, Alberta, January 24, 2000 - Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment
Inc. aims to become a major player in the North American high-speed Internet
market with the appointment of Paul Sullivan as Vice President of Sales.
“Paul has tremendous experience building reseller channels across North
America, as well as selling internationally. His expertise will help us
become a major provider of Internet access solutions to North America’s

recently, he was the CEO and co-founder of Noteable! Inc., a highly-successful

consulting firm. Under his leadership, Noteable! grew to become a leading
provider of contact management, time and expense tracking software, with
over 40 staff across North America. The company was acquired by Big Picture
Technologies in January 2000, with Sullivan taking on the role of VP of
Business Development. He established several key alliances and partnerships
that contributed to Big Picture’s growing success.
Sullivan says he is delighted to be joining Guest-Tek as its new VP
of Sales. “It’s a fantastic opportunity to help a promising company grow,
and I’m really excited about the prospects for Guest-Tek to become a leading
player in the industry,” he says.
Sullivan serves on the boards of two high-tech companies, is a frequent
speaker at technology conferences and is an active volunteer with community
organizations.
