Paul Sullivan Named Vice President of Sales
at Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment

CALGARY, Alberta, January 24, 2000 - Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Inc. aims to become a major player in the North American high-speed Internet market with the appointment of Paul Sullivan as Vice President of Sales.

“Paul has tremendous experience building reseller channels across North America, as well as selling internationally. His expertise will help us become a major provider of Internet access solutions to North America’s mobile marketplace, “ says Guest-Tek president Arnon Levy.

Sullivan’s sales experience in the technology industry spans more than 20 years.  Most recently, he was the CEO and co-founder of Noteable! Inc., a highly-successful technology
consulting firm. Under his leadership, Noteable! grew to become a leading provider of contact management, time and expense tracking software, with over 40 staff across North America. The company was acquired by Big Picture Technologies in January 2000, with Sullivan taking on the role of VP of Business Development. He established several key alliances and partnerships that contributed to Big Picture’s growing success.

Sullivan says he is delighted to be joining Guest-Tek as its new VP of Sales. “It’s a fantastic opportunity to help a promising company grow, and I’m really excited about the prospects for Guest-Tek to become a leading player in the industry,” he says.

Sullivan serves on the boards of two high-tech companies, is a frequent speaker at technology conferences and is an active volunteer with community organizations.
