| By Kurt Knapek, The Sun News, Myrtle Beach, S.C.McClatchy-Tribune Regional News Dec. 31--A La Quinta Inn employee told Myrtle Beach Police that he was robbed at gunpoint Sunday night, according to a police report. The employee said an armed man entered the hotel, located on 4709 North Kings Hwy., at 11:50 p.m. and demanded cash. The employee gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then fled the scene.
