Standard requirements for resorts

Dear all,

Would anyone here know of any online resource where they may have a standard list of requirements for any given 5 star resort?

I do understand that requirements for every project vary based on various factors. But I am curious if there is a so called a standard requirement in all resorts.

I have been requested to come out with one!!!
