I'm sure the on-demand movie systems used by all hotels each have their pro's and con's but I'm finding a recent surge in guests claiming they didn't order the guest room movies. We have checked and rechecked all connections and TV addresses but nothing has changed. Other then simply showing the guest when the movie was ordered and how it ended, ie user abort, vs completed does anyone have any ideas.
