Just a few of the Things that I have my desk check are:

Prepare and print vouchers for all packages
Check any and all reservations for non-zero departures
Check for and print same day bookings
Check Market Segments
Check traces or notes on arrivals for special requests
Check online reservations
Confirm any unconfirmed reservations and cancel as needed
Print Inhouse, arrivals, departures listing every three hours

These are the major concerns we have.
