hotel investors

I'm a designer and designed a few theme hotels. Lots of people told me they like my ideas but so far I couldn't find an investor to build my hotels. I'd like them to be build in Las Vegas because Las Vegas inspired me in the first place.
So if anybody can help me in this case please let me know. Thank you!
