billing system for internet usage

Dear sirs,

We are well known IT company in Dubai. We are getting so many enquiries for monitoring and calculating the internet access in Hotels and offices. Now we have urgent enquiry for one hotel which is having about 80 suites. The suites are having LAN cable (RJ45) and lobby is wireless networked. They require the software that will calculate the internet usage and billing reporting etc.

Following is the procedure
1. When guest check-in he will get the username and password.
2. When the guest connects to LAN through Rj45/wireless and trying to access internet, login screen should automatically pop-up and ask for username and password. It should show the usage meter concurrently when the guest is using internet.
3. When guest check-out it should give invoice with detailed usage time and amount.

Please send the flow diagram and demo software and procedure with your quotation.

We will take care of Installation and support.
