Hotel Inspectors

I would like to get some information on how I could become a Hotel Inspector in Texas. I have been in the Hotel business and have run my own cleaning business. I want to further my career and become a Hotel Inspector. I'm recently going to school to get my Bachelor's degree. What kind of training do I need and where can I get this training? I'd appreciate any help that you cn give me.
