TESA HT20i Manual

Anybody has a manual for TESA HT20i lock system!! Also if anyone knows if lock can be blocked completely so even manager's card can not open it, only portable programmer can open it. This is for a secure storage room with expensive stuff stored in it. I also wanted manual or instructions for encoder which is used to make keys. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
