How do I start a hotel??

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I am a novice...

I have been toying with the idea of opening a hotel/conference center - I have talked to a real estate agent and have the perfect location - however, I don't know where to go from here. I am really excited about the idea and I would love this dream to come true. I just don't know what the next step is to get this dream started.

Any help would be appreciated. I hope that this dream can come true...
