Help With Lock System

We have a Tesa lock system. We know how to go and read locks and in the times past we have printed out that reading. Now, it has been a while since we have needed to print out the reading and I can't get the printer to print the reading. I have all cable hooked up to it and it seems like it should work. Does anyone know how to hook up the printer so it will work or have a manual that explains how to hook up the printer to the locker reader? I would appreciate any help that you could provide. Thanks
